I don't feel anything except love for you and I just want you to be happy.
I feel that.
These lines are what I got from the movie: Stutz (2022) by Jonah Hill, which I watched because I am looking for the answer to the question: how can I live a life of joy, love, peace and fulfillment?
What got me most was the level of love shared and openly and honestly expressed between these two people.
I believe I have not yet fully grasped the scale of the impact this movie had on me and will still have on me in the future. I think this level of impact is possible because the movie worked on a deep soul and heart level, not just on an intellectual level.
What did transform inside me immediately during watching was: Sickness, Trauma, Death, Fear and Anxiety are not irreconcilable with Joy, Love and Peace.
Here is the tool for that reconciliation:
“I was no longer judging reality by my experiences in the last five minutes.”
Dr. Phil Stutz
This movie has not just given me profoundly simple and powerful tools to bring more joy, love and peace into my life. It is also a source itself that filled me up, radiated these straight to my soul.
The movie is saying: here is a good amount of peace and love and joy for you. And when these seem decreasing, come back for the tools that you can use to refill your tanks.
Have you watched this movie or used any of the tools mentioned in it? What is your experience?
