By registering for an event, participants agree to these Terms.

• Educational and informational in nature

Participation does not establish:

• A consultancy agreement

• A coaching contract

• A mentoring agreement

No guarantee of specific outcomes is given.

4. Participation

Participation requires:

• Accurate registration information

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who:

• Disrupt the session

• Engage in inappropriate conduct

• Violate applicable laws

No compensation claims arise from exclusion.

5. Liability

Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.

The organizer is liable only for:

• Intentional misconduct

No liability is assumed for:

• Technical issues

• Platform outages

• Indirect damages

• Personal decisions made based on event content

Content shared during events does not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, presentations, recordings, and content remain the intellectual property of Obot Services unless otherwise stated.

Participants may not:

• Record

• Distribute

• Reproduce

• Publish

any content without prior written permission.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for:

• Event organization

• Communication related to the event

Data processing is carried out in accordance with GDPR and the published Privacy Policy.

8. Cancellation or Changes

The organizer reserves the right to:

• Change dates or times

• Cancel events

No claims arise from such changes.

9. Applicable Law

German law applies.
