The System Behind Our Work

OBOT Services is built on the Obot Biblical Intervention System (OBIS), a structured problem-solving system for complex personal, leadership, and organizational challenges. At the core of it is the Obot Biblical Intervention Method (OBIM)TM that turns deep diagnosis into practical solutions.

Our problem solving method follows:

Core Belief → State → Decision → Action → Result

This helps us see the drivers beneath the surface. Instead of dealing only with symptoms, we work to identify the deeper pattern, define the right response, and create a practical path forward.

How the Process Works

Every intervention engagement follows one clear flow:

Goal → Obstacle → Assessment → Intervention → Action → Result

We begin by defining the goal clearly. Then we identify the real obstacle standing in the way. From there, we assess the underlying drivers, design the right intervention, and turn that into practical, accountable action.

The process does not stop at planning. It is built to support implementation and produce results that can be reviewed and measured.

The method is structured, repeatable, and focused on progress rather than endless discussion.

TRAINING

We believe the best person to deliver the solution to an organization or an audience is their own leader. This is why we offer specific training cohorts.

ON - SITE DELIVERY

When chaos has become public and reputation is at stake, the best response is often fast, focused intervention.

There can be situations where external support is inevitable: in such cases we can come and deliver a fast and effective intervention process in-person at your organization. 

We also take invitations from leaders and pastors who want to give their audience an immersive, practical, effective intervention experience, where real change can begin in their personal life.

Founded by Zsanett Obot

The Center was founded by Zsanett Obot, the creator of the system behind the institution. 

She brings 15+ years of experience in European faith-based and leadership contexts, together with structured method development, pilot-based proof of concept, intervention coaching certification from internationally recognized training centers, and a state-recognized pedagogical qualification.
